Every Civil Service Exam result is released by region and posted on:

  • CSC official website: https://www.csc.gov.ph

  • Regional CSC Facebook pages

  • CSC regional portals and PDF download links

How to find your name:

  • Go to your regional CSC site (e.g., Region III: csc.gov.ph/ro3)

  • Find the announcement titled "List of Passers"

  • Open the PDF

  • Use CTRL + F (desktop) or search on mobile

  • Enter your Last Name or Full Name

This applies to all years: 2025, 2024, 2023, etc.

Congratulations! You're now Civil Service eligible.

What is the Passing Rate?


The Passing Rate for Civil Service Exam is 80%. The number of test items for Professional Level is 170. The number of test items for Sub-Professional Level is 165. 

How much is the exam fee?

The fee for the exam is Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500)

Where to submit my application?

Find your City or Regional Civil Service Commission Office in your area.

What are the requirements to apply?

1. Fully accomplished Application Form (appropriate CS Form No. 100)

2. Four (4) pieces of identical I.D. pictures with specifications - (Read more)

3. Original and photocopy of any of the following list of accepted I.D. cards for civil service exam, which is preferably valid (not expired on date of filing of application) (Read more)

4. Duly accomplished Certificate of Consent

5. Examination fee of Five Hundred Pesos (PhP500.00)

When will be the results released?

The List of Passers shall be uploaded/posted on the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph within 60 days after the examination.

Examinees can generate their examination rating through OCSERGS or Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System which can also be accessed through the CSC website.

Generation of examination rating through OCSERGS shall be available approximately 15 days after the ceiling date of posting of the List of Passers, or as indicated in the corresponding issuance/advisory.
