- Enter your full name and date of birth.
- Select exam date: March 13, 2022.

How to Claim Your Certificate of Eligibility
If you passed, you may claim your Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) from the CSC Regional Office where you took the exam. Make sure to bring the following:
- One (1) valid ID (Government-issued)
